You must have a Higher Commercial School degree or a combined commerce degree/other occupational experience in order to enter an apprenticeship contract with Blue Water.
We look for trainees twice a year. You can reply to our job postings as your local Commercial School or send your unsolicited application at any time during the year. If your details and background is right for Blue Water, we will contact you for an interview.
Your training period is two years and consists of a practical and a theoretical part.
We care about your wellbeing and prioritise our social work
environment. Many of Blue Water's offices have a staff club and a
sports club. This will give you the opportunity to meet your
colleagues outside of work.
Blue Water trains 20-40 young people in freight forwarding and
shipping every year. The two-year training combined with
theoretical schooling takes place at one of Blue Water's many
Danish offices.

You may have the choice to continue your career with Blue Water
after the training period. Blue Water has a network of offices and
agents worldwide or you can work for one of our many Danish
offices.
Every year 1-2 accounting trainees serve their apprenticeship in
the international finance department at Blue Water's head office in
Esbjerg.
