The first office in Esbjerg port

Is it possible to have feelings for an old house?
That is, if this house is in a miserable condition and has been made-up beyond recognition over the years?

Oh yes, once the machines begin demolishing and you become a first-hand witness to this evil deed, old memories come flooding!

It is heartbreaking to witness as the metal dinosaurs carelessly eat away bit by bit and ruthlessly toss skeleton and entrails aside. However, this preposterousness has its justification!

10 meters from our current address and in the course of the next year, an architectonic beauty will rise from the ashes. Blue Water's new headquarter.

Larger and more beautiful than the one we reside in today. On the very same spot - Cort Adelersgade no. 1 - as we used to occupy in 1973-1981 when we rented facilities from DLG (Danish Cooperative Farm Supply).

This time though, it is rather unlikely that Gyrithe and Lillian will be painting door frames dark brown, the loo in psychedelic colors, and sewing orange colored window dressing! And no doubt, Kurt and Jorn won't have to stick light brown burlap on the walls and over the palisander paneling.
