18 trucks, each loaded with a single, 45 meter long wind turbine wing - this was the special sight that road users in the area of Aveiro in Portugal were met with.
The 18 trucks were driving in convoy from the manufacturing plant to the port of Aveiro, an assignment handled flawlessly by appointed freight forwarder, Blue Water Shipping.
The wings were shipped to the Port of Antwerp in Belgium for reloading and transport to the final destination in France.
The assignment was a joint operation between Blue Water Shipping's offices in La Coruña, Spain and Esbjerg, Denmark.
